
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bookings
All booking forms must be accompanied with the relevant deposit, depending on the weekend you are booking on. The amount of deposit required for each weekend is stated on the booking form.
You are responsible for checking all details for events are correct and all changes should be made in writing by either post or e-mail within 14 days.
Please make sure all fields on the booking form are complete.
No booking is confirmed until written receipt (letter or e-mail) stating booking confirmation.
All details are stored on our computers for use with Dizzyfrog events only and will not be sold or distributed to any third party.
Payment
The remaining balance after the initial deposit is paid must be paid by the date stated on your confirmation.
We will send a reminder to you either by e-mail or post.
If the payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain any payments made.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:
Within 14 days of us receiving your booking form - Full Refund
Up to 120 days before the event start date - Deposit(s)
119-60 days before the event start date - 50% of total cost
Less than 60 days before the event start date - Total Cost
Hotel and Facilities
We will endeavour to meet all requirements with regards to the hotel and all the facilities it provides. However this is a third party and cannot be guaranteed.
All hotel information is available on request.
Dizzyfrog will liase with the hotel on all aspects of your booking including room allocation, and so your first port of call will always be Dizzyfrog.
General
We reserve the right to make alterations to events including Choreographers, Bands and Schedules. Where possible we will endeavour to inform all guests.
Public Liability Insurance and Public Entertainment Licences are held by Dizzyfrog.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (i.e. adverse weather conditions) causing cancellation of the event, you will not be eligable for a refund.
